Garmin and Customer Service
« on: December 02, 2022, 12:59:15 PM »
My expectations for good Customer Service has dropped dramatically over the last 3 years.  I am pleasantly pleased to say Garmin has not dropped their standard.  The rep spent over a hour with me going through troubleshooting and updating my depth finder.  Polite, asked questions, and listened.  Amazing, best part was you could understand him.

Because of this I will buy another Garmin when the time comes…..

Cheers Pals,

Good to know.  I got a Garmin 2 years ago based on a friend that is a regional manager for a chain sporting goods company.  He says they have the fewest returns with Garmin.   All I know is that I am pleased and it is easy to use.

Good to hear companies that care still exist.Lowrance fan here.
