The Driftless Angler in southwest Wisconsin has stopped selling felt sole wading boots to prevent the possible spread of didymo. Since the majority of their spring creeks have marl/mud bottoms, they are switching to soft rubber soled
wading boots. This would not work so well on our local rock stream beds here.
However, they are offering some great prices on their remaining felt sole boots including Simms.
