Garner Ford on the Elk

Is there a take-out for canoes at Garner Ford? The map I have shows this as an access point but no road around it.  How would you get there?  Thanks

If you will drop down about 10 -15 lines in this thread, you will see an old discussion on this topic.  I do not believe there is anything new that I am aware that needs to be added.
