Clousers Book Fly Fishing for Smallmouth.

Has anyone got it? I looked at it last night and was immediately overwhelmed by the great photography in it. Had to have it so I ordered it from Amazon today along with a photography book Understanding Exposure. I plan to spend alot of time this year working on finding some uncrowded smallmouth water. Sure wish I could find a good deal on a Kayak.  :'(

No problem, you might want to check out Harry Murray's small mouth book as well. Excellent stream craft and fly choices.

Hey Mike, take a look at Smiths Fork, my grandson was catching some monster small mouth there last year, floating it in a kayak and throwing everything you could imagine.

I ran it last weekend but got stopped by the big pile of rocks and about a 2' rise around the game farm.
We saw some tracks on the other side of the high fences that were scary big. Bear maybe??? What ever it was it had big claws spread far apart.

The shop has had signed first edition copies of this book for over a year.  We usually have new books as fast as anyone in the country.  If you prefer your books shipped we can do that to!  Have you seen the two new striper books out yet?

It's a good one, particularly for folks who throw streamers a lot to river fish. It also has a lot of info that he and Lefty Kreh have shared over the years. I always love Lefty stories. I understand Lefty is healing up after a nasty fall taken recently-I sure hope he makes it okay-he is a real character that was a total pleasure to meet and talk with.
