Thumper has a G3 that will handle the lake or river. I don't think it would handle the Caney on low as it is first thing in the morning now, heck the supreme may have a lil trouble as well, i'm talking about the jet sucking up a lotta grass, no doubt both boats will float through anything except 2" of water, haven't seen any boat that would do that :o
There's a company in MO, that makes aluminum boats(somewhat affordable) for shallow water, BLAZER, i'd like to check one of those out, looks like it would handle some larger water as well, then again, Thumpers boat does it to.
Mike & Thumper have their own Marina in boats & nice ones at that, to get the perfect boat, there is a price to pay & then we'll find something wrong with it :-\

Good Lord!
Wherever the standard of freedom and Independence has been or shall be unfurled, there will her heart, her benedictions and her prayers be.

But she goes not abroad, in search of monsters to destroy.

She is the well-wisher to the freedom and independence of all.

She is the champion and vindicator only of her own.

Thanks to all for the help : I have  a friend in Arkansas that has a brand new Supreme 2000 with a 15 suzuki short black strip, two rod trays, 2 spider chairs and mid range trailer for sale ( his wife is leaving him and he cant afford the boat any more ) I personally think I would have made the same choice ( fishing boat trumps wife 7 days a week ) but if something here should not go as planned I am going to go to the custom Gheenoe shop and trick out a fine rig - either way I think I will be very happy

That there looks like a hillbilly cigarette boat made fer runnin' shine up and down the rivers and out runnin' the lawz.  One engine busts and you you just keep ahoopin' and ahollerin', shootin' yer 6 shooter the whole way to the boat ramp.  Ain't no wonder its fetchin' such a hefty price.
