10 Foot Bass Buddy Style
« on: March 31, 2008, 11:25:31 AM »
My dad and I looked at a 10 foot bass buddy style boat yesterday. He was thinking about using it on some local lakes near our houses. My question is how well wil this type boat fish on the Caney? Will we be able to use under no generation and/or during one generator?

What do you guys think?

No.

I'd have to agree with Mike & if you're thinking Old Hickory & JPP, NO :o
Those things were basically built for large ponds/lakes that don't have motor traffic or fast runnng water.

A bass buddy would probably be fine for the Caney during non-generation at low water.

If you are going to use it during generation, be sure to wear bright colors, since this will help the recovery folks find your body more quickly.   :-X
