Knoxville Bandit to Terrorize Caney Fork
« on: September 28, 2006, 10:02:41 AM »
So I get this warning the other day via email that my stalker is calling me out.

Seppala and I are meeting up on the Caney Sunday, when generation permits, to face off toe to toe.

Any of you want to witness this angling history in the making, we'll see you up there.

Place your bets boys, cause the old man is about to put a whoopin on the college boy. I just hope he doesn't want to talk about no rocks.

PS-You all know what my truck looks like. The beer is in the back, help yourself.
Yesterday, I was at the bottom. I was at the bottom of a valley, in the river. Then my eyes hiked up the mountains to the snow capped peaks. I thought, "When I am at this lowest place I can be, standing in a river, everything is looking up."

I see the young punk is too askeered to post here today. He's probably shaking in his waders and wishing he hadn't called me out.

Don't worry young gun. I won't embarrass you. This time. I'm a gracious host. I won't even bring my A game. I'll be fishing my D- game so you don't feel bad.

(That and because I haven't seen my A game since Rhonda Ramirez told me I had one back in '84)

Not so much too askeered, to post here, but too askeered by a structural geology test to not study for it.

Anyhow, I won't get into the details of my test here.  I'll wait until Sunday, where we'll talk all about geology.  Don't worry, I'll bring visual aids and study guides.  :P

Anyhow, if any of you folks are gonna be up that way, it'd be good to meet you.  I figure if I'm gonna meet one degenerate from this board, I might as well meet a few.

I'll be on the river somewhere on Sun. If I see you I'll be sure to throw a couple rocks your way.

Not sure yet Ron but the boat might be empty Sun. If so we'll hook up so Sep can see the real Caney. I'll most likely be in the beater boat this weekend. I'm Thinking bout a combo Trout/Striper Trip on Sat.

That would be cool. What is the beater boat?

Striper/trout?  Ohhhhhh. I always enjoy catching bait on the striper trips, think trout will hit a sabiki rig?  ;D

Wanna borrow my rented .50 Barrett?  :o

Not exactly sure of the plan yet. Depends on the gen schedule.  I'll pm you when I get it figured out.

What single malt does Grumpy like? I might need to have some tradin' material on hand. I got a sample of some good bourbon for Mike if he shows up.

Sep gets Coors light. He's a college student, he'll feel like he won the lottery!!

"Officer Franklin, sir, honest I was trying to catch some skipjack up here in this trout infested water and the dang things wouldn't stay off of my sabiki"
