Rigging the LT 25
« on: July 01, 2008, 11:44:23 PM »
I had all these goodies before I put the boat on order, was buying them as I found what I wanted.

I sand blasted the shinny finish off the stainless Sharkeye navigation lights, can't make up my mind to leave them matte or paint them light tan to compliment the background color.

Making some headway, the design/layout don't show, but I got lots of hours in it, but I'm a particular person, know what I want and won't settle for less.

The buss bar might be over kill, but I hate tape and wire nuts, fine for permanent installations  but never know when I might want to add a circuit .

did all I could under the hood, the two right switches had to be finished as I put on the top motor mount

cock pit ;D

named it after my bride

front area after I put ever thing on and painted the Sharkeye Navigation lights

under rear seat, buss area for rear connections.

battery charger plug and auto circuit for bilge pump fuse holder

rear navigation storage

bilge pump, the clear hose I had in first picture was to stiff, so I went back to some I had left over from my Classic last year, than Red Dog now owns, the one he calls "Davids Boat"

I'm always on ready to fish, my wife is motor happy, we've been looking at the internet for used jets, she said last night, lets just get a new Mercury 25 to go with the new boat. I like the way she thinks ;)

David , I like the way your wife thinks too. I hope next time I need something, I can have her talk to my wife. ;D Seriously , I like the idea of a new outboard, if at all possible. I used to run power boats all the time, and there is nothing worse than being four miles from your truck and have engine problems :(
