Two comments

1.  If it did start swallowing up the earth - I'm sure glad it will start with gobbling up France!
2.  Just another example of why modern science is not what it is cracked up to be.  Which renowned bunch of scientists/doctorates/academics are we to believe?????

I am a behind science and the study of because it is needed but to some extremes it like this it sounds like a huge waste of money. Another example was the multi-million dollar zero gravity pen that astronauts used in space. While all along the Soviets just used a pencil.

There will be several Big Bangs out of black holes this weekend.... :o
