Got the Jet out on the upper Elk for the first time today

Tom would grin like a big fat Possum ever time I'd run over shallow water and say I can't do that with my prop.

Reason I got a jet :o

It ain't fast enough for the Bassmasters trail but it sure will get you to good fishing.

David makes a great guide. And many thanks for the 'Darnell Special' you tied up for the trip. It was hard keeping the rainbows off of it !!. We need to go back after the big ones we saw today!!

Yesterday, I was at the bottom. I was at the bottom of a valley, in the river. Then my eyes hiked up the mountains to the snow capped peaks. I thought, "When I am at this lowest place I can be, standing in a river, everything is looking up."

Your specail pattern puts all the other Elk River patterns to shame.

The locals will have a hard time selling their candy and reverse spiders if you give your recipe away.

You may want to teach some classes and share your knowledge.

Can you post pictures of the boat. I , like others, are looking for the "perfect" shallow water boat/motor setup.
