I hear Hybrids and Stripers are up on top early and late mid and upper lake... I may try it out real soon.

I have been out several times in the evening. Best bite around 5:45 to 6:15 as the sun is setting (short window). Picking them up on spoons and when they surface, anything will work as long as it has hooks. I need to take the bait take out and try some live bait fishing. The chart is covered with fish before sunset but they dont like the spoon at that time. I haven't tried the morning bite. Would like to get out sat morning but I think my fishing partner (DB) might be grounded or is now getting all his fishing in on fridays. If anyone has fished the morning bite, how has it been?

Water depth from 18' to 30' and stacked from 10' to the bottom. they move up on an 8' flat nearby when feeding sometimes but you never know where they may surface. Maybe a 500' drag net would do the trick during inactive periods.
