Patagonia boat bag

Well I have given this bag a pretty good run, and I give it a 4.5 out of 5. If this bag is used for it's intended purpose, you will be well satisfied with it's performance. I have had it in many rains , including heavy rains, and it stayed dry as a chip. I will say that if it turns over in the bottom of the boat and the boat is full of water, it will leak. I bet they will all leak if submerged in the water. I did not give the bag a perfect score because the zipper is a little stiff, even after nearly a year of use.
Overall, I give this bag a pretty good recommendation.

Also, a little pricey, but pretty much in line with the others.

You can see these bags at Fly South and Cumberland Transit. Check em out.

I am very happy with my Patagonia Great Divider too.  It's now a few years old too.  The zipper is a pain at times but it also is heavy duty to insure many years of use.

This year Patagonia is offering a new color (kinda a grey).  Also a new smaller version called the Sub Divider now available at lower price point.

I have had mine for almost two years now and I really like it. Like Jarrod said, it will keep everything dry in a deluge plus it blocks the salt if you go to the flats.

Yes, the zipper is stiff and I have found that keeping it waxed helps somewhat but is not the cure all for performance in this area.

Would I purchase another one? Yes! Are there other bags that might be better, possibly, I covet Mike's Simms boat bag.  :o

It is a good bag, but overall, it's way to small to work out of, although it makes a perfect accessory side bag for traveling and fishing. So far, I've been hard pressed to find a better "boat bag" for a guide then a large rubbermade tote. Will hold everything a guide needs, and is water proof with the lid.

I'll second the zipper comments as it's almost impossible to get into the bag without the use of two hands.

However, if keeping select gear dry is your main reason for buying it, you'll be very pleased.
