Work, work and more work

Man, with a beautiful weekend coming up I was planning on fishing with someone from the board but I found out yesterday that the upgrade we had planned for Labor Day weekend will be pushed up to this weekend. While normally I would be elated, this weekend is suppose to be beautiful and I need to fish.

I guess I should be happy but I am not sure why I am not since the work will be complete, early.  :-\

i guess it beats working on a holiday, then holiday pay is sweeter unless you're in retail :(.

I don't Holiday pay but I do get to collect comp time which helps facilitate my fishing during the week or taking off for a long weekend.

I will say, I am happy to have a job.  :)
