first trip to london
« on: August 28, 2009, 05:59:27 AM »
Well, I finally did it. I put off travelling to the world wide destinations with my job, for three years, and I finally gave in an said yes I will go. I left L.A. at 8 pm on Wednesday night, and arrived at London ,Heathrow airport Thursday  at 2:30 pm. I had to go straight to work on arrival, and finally went to bed at midnight, only to wake up at 5 am.  I decided I would take a stroll around westminster this morning, only to discover an Orvis shop directly across from my hotel. ;D   i have enjoyed speaking to the bloke running the shop as he explains the life of flyfishing in the U.K..
I will be flying home to Nashville on Monday. I can't wait to see Familiar water.

Sounds like a good time Jarrod. Can't wait to see some photos and hear some stories. Safe travels.
