Jets are a pain,  grass and leaves and heaven forbid you hit a sand mound and have your impeller freeze on you (not that I ever did that :))  Live and learn then buy and sell.  Prop for me one way to be. ;D

Because I don't have a jet, I seem to need a new prop for my Caney boat about every 2 years.  At the rate I'm going, I will eventually spend as much as if I just bought a jet.

... In about 30 years.   :)
