RonS81 had nothing better to do today so he invited me to go fish the steamplant, a balmy 28 degree ride up river from Flippers was a good awakening start.
That's waht you want to see coming from the plant, however, there were so many baitfish in the area, we had to work our butts off for the fish we caught. There wasn't but one or two other boats there & they were complaining about all the non-biting fish.
Ron & i decided it beat work, after awhile we decided we had enough casting practice & got to talking to a couple of the guys in one boat about the fishing & the changes they had seen in the fishing over the past few years.
Yep, it beat work, Ron, thanks for the trip, hopefully next time some of those baitfish will be gone & a fake one will work better
