Worms.
« on: December 22, 2006, 11:44:29 AM »
Judging from the number of worms on my driveway this morning I’m guessing the san juan worm might be worth trying today. I never catch anything on those darned things.
Wherever the standard of freedom and Independence has been or shall be unfurled, there will her heart, her benedictions and her prayers be.

But she goes not abroad, in search of monsters to destroy.

She is the well-wisher to the freedom and independence of all.

She is the champion and vindicator only of her own.

I watched Colston catch a half dozen trout on the IPW in the run at the end of the nature trail that day I took he and Seppala up there.

If so many of you that I knew weren't around that day, I'd have tied one on too!!  ;D

Yesterday, I was at the bottom. I was at the bottom of a valley, in the river. Then my eyes hiked up the mountains to the snow capped peaks. I thought, "When I am at this lowest place I can be, standing in a river, everything is looking up."

That sure does look a lot like those goofy pink floating worms folks fish weightless for bass....kinda resembles a sluggo/fin-s-fish type bait too.

Things that make you go hmmmmm...
