Does the Bald River Gorge require a special permit in addition to the regular trout stamp and is it worth the trip?
I am considering a trip there or to the Gee Creek Wilderness Area.
Thanks for any advice!

No special permit on any of these creeks. They are wild. I have not fished them in a while. The Bald use to hold some nice browns for a small creek. It can be some rugged terrain.
