It will be mostly dependent on how wet a winter we have, and we need one. That being said it can be water off on the weekends for fisherman, but if we have lots of rain, TVA will run water until they get the lake level down to where it's supposed to be.
Look at this chart on the link, notice in early Jan last year, had a big rain event and early May, they ran lots of water to get it back down.
