Bring a 7 and 9. You have to remember the wind and the salt. It's not always the size of fish, but the elements around you, be it the weather or the mangroves. Tie plenty of clousers/deceivers, baitfish imitations that time of year is what they are focused on if it is warm, not hot, just warm. Furthermore, you want to fish moving water and you need to watch the tides. If the water is stagnant the only thing biting will be the lady's, fun to catch, but not really why a fisherman like you would go to the salt for. Bring sinking line for the passes and floating for everything else. Beach fishing is great and maybe you can get lucky and get the bonita crashing the shore or jacks running the beach.
