Sorry for the changes and stuff

Had to change format to use the new Add app. I like this one ok and it is the original SMF format anyway. I think I have it where I want it now and the adds aren't in the news anymore. May enable adding news snippets for all registered users.

EDIT to add: I am especially enjoying the "show unread post since last visit" button.
