Elk Fishing?

Hoping to fish the Elk weekend after next (5/21-22), depending on the water management issues.  Question: with the temperature hitting 90 today, and TVA spilling at the dam, are conditions okay for trout in the tailwater?

Have they been stocking?

Alternatively, has anyone fished the Duck recently?  Do any good?

I was wondering the same...anyone know if there any end in sight for the high levels?
