The meeting seemed to go really well and there was a lot of good discussion regarding stocking efforts, possible changes in regulations (increased length limits; emergency closures of the "hot hole" on Melton Hill, etc.), and the need for additional research on muskie ecology and behavior in Tennessee. We had a really good turnout, the meeting room was filled to capacity. Hope the possible 30% cut in all state agency budgets is just a rumor -- and if it happens that it doesn't completely kill the program!
