I have learned in my short life as a human that who has the most money wins.  I think that it is bull$^%# that if you have money you have more pull.  Do I have more money, all I can say is look up and see if the dam is being fixed.  You are welcome for your houses not being flooded.

What needs to happen now , in my opinion, is that a citizen-sportsman-twra task force nees to develope a long range plan for the tailwaters fisheries(to include stand-by egg sources and  potential replacement funding for the state  hatcheries, stocking of seasonal streams , rework of limits and licenses, guides, kayaks, canoes,  and and the whole ball of wax) .  Anybody who spends any time flyfishing or paddling-motoring on these waters knows that the current issues are not going away and a long range planning program needs to be addressed.  2 cents

I'm with ya Bee.
Wherever the standard of freedom and Independence has been or shall be unfurled, there will her heart, her benedictions and her prayers be.

But she goes not abroad, in search of monsters to destroy.

She is the well-wisher to the freedom and independence of all.

She is the champion and vindicator only of her own.

I also agree, and I am for regulations that will be enforced properly to protect both the fishery and the people on the water, but I don't think we should just jump into things with proper consideration of all parties involved and how it will affect..
