Looks like you guys had a great time! 

Another vote for the pink.  Slightly OT, but one day we were at the steam plant and weren't having much luck on pretty much anything.  The guy in the boat in front of us was absolutely killing them (Striper).  Watched him land probably twenty fish to our one.  He literally wore himself out and called it quits about an hour before dark.  On his way out he tossed me a bag of pink flukes.  He probably felt sorry for us as we were in a little 10' Bass Hound  :)  The biggest of the day came right at dark and the fish literally towed me out of the creek and into the lake.  Just realized it's been ten years since I've been to the steam plant.  Anyway, a day to remember! 

I bet a pink Wiggle Minnow would have been just as effective if not more.
