Plateau Thanksgiving
« on: November 22, 2012, 07:37:11 PM »
Made it down to the creek today and tried to find some holdover trout. No luck or fish spotted, but was nice to get out for a while.....

Flushed a flock of turkey and that seemed appropriate. Happy Thanksgiving!

That water looks beautiful!  Happy Thanksgiving all!

It was 118 degrees at the start of July, and we didn't have enough rainfall to keep the springs flowing.  Looking for holdover trout in any place that hasn't been stocked since spring was probably awfully optimistic.
