I grew up fishing Guntersville.  If you've never done it, make sure to add it to your Bucket List.  If your ticker is weak, take your heart medicine before you go.

I was trying to lip one a few years ago, the fish was apparently mad for feeding him a fake rat, he jumped just as I was about to lip him and wham.... a TMC 8089 #2 in the thumb!

What is confusing you?

They were given to me. I don't even remotely tie unless you count my shoes. ;D Still a mystery as to how a bare hook ends up in some of the pretty cool looking patterns you guys create.

I may just leave it off.
