Still weed free

Hit the Elk from Farris Creek upstream about two miles and it is weed free and clear. Bad for the fish less cover but what a change from last year.Also noted that the water is warming up. Especially below the water cress farm water discharges. Wonder what the water cress farm water will end  up doing to the Elk?
As for the fishing....Very little surface activity. Did catch a number of fish on 1/16 oz rooster tails-silver, blue body with green/blue color tail .

Thanks for the report.

It will be interesting to see the long term effects on the river from those farms.
