ISIS- what are your thoughts?

Am I understanding this correctly that everything we've done 'over there' has just been undone by a few thousand thugs?  Am I reading this right?  Nearly 4,500 US Soldiers killed and a factor higher than I want to know disabled, $1.9 TRILLION Dollars+ of our money spent enabling these thugs to steal our own equipment that we gave to and trained the weak Iraqi armies...

I have never been a fan of Obama, but applaud his decision to keep us out of another round of this futile "war"- at least in the immediate future.  It is their problem, but we'll probably end up with boots on the ground and right there in it again. 

Are we back at square one with all of this?  What do y'all think?

Unsure, I don't think we are were at the stage that we supposed to be out. I think political motivations were stronger than reality.
