Stupid question....what type (Fluorocarbon or wire) and how long...what connection knot to tippet do you musky men use...if you do not mind sharing the info...

Perfection Loop---about 1 ft of 25lb fluoro to prevent fly line breakage if snags occur----Slim Beauty knot---about 2-3 ft of 80lb fluoro leader----nonslip loop knot---100 lb split ring for easy fly changes.









Haven't had a bite off yet....but I've had some good scuffs and shears from teeth to trust this rig.  I'd stick with 600 SP hooks, and you'll lose TONs less fish, and you don't tend to deep hook them either.  Good luck
