Just picked up this "new" tying vise today.
It's a Herter's No. 11, which I believe were made in the 40's.
Makes me really appreciate my Dyna King.
But, it was too cool to pass up.
Will let you all know how it works.

Nice find! Soak it in a 50/50 mixture of vinegar and water to remove some of the rust and then oil it.
