My musky misery militia and I went up to our favorite little town in middle TN for a 1.5 day quick trip. We were rewarded with a perfect flow that I think really contributed to our success this weekend. I have personally never witnessed as many follows in one trip and on Sunday , mid-day we hit a flurry of activity like I have never seen. I would say that we had follows in 10-15 consecutive cast, many times by multiple fish, sometimes the same group sometimes different.  After one sequence as my friend figured 8'd a hot-ish fish 2 more came charging in from opposite directions. Needless to say we concentrated on this section for quite a while and after a few runs through my bud connected on this pretty 30"er. I think I saw more hog fish this trip than any other over the past 3 years. Not another boat on the water and temps in 50's...man i love november. Perhaps this may shape up to be a fantastic season. Cheers Gents.

Good stuff CB,
Having multiple simultaneous follows from Muskies is so rare, and just plain awesome.  It's nice when the dominant alpha fish scares off the smaller fish and crushes the fly---a Moment that I hope to relive again some day.
Glad you were seeing some full-sized dwellers as well.  They ought to be more abundant up there by Feb.

Thanks for the post.
