Two days

Been a while. Sorry.

Spent a couple days with a former student of mine and a buddy of his who wanted to chase toothy critters.

Hard times. One trout set. One fish that missed the fly twice. One that ate -- hook whiffed -- then did a drive-by while my buddy flung his hands in the air in anguish. Two that for whatever reason just shook off. I spent most of it on the oars. Can't wait to do it again.

Sweet raft...lots of places we can get on that thing.  Glad you guys found some musky that were biting.  Lost fish-itis is a burden that will haunt you If it sets in.  It's the story of my past season.  Hopefully the hookups will make it to the net, next go-round.
