Under contract on a lake house!

If the good lords willin, I'll be sipping coffee in the morning watching the shad schools from above Center Hill. We decided against the property on the river. THe house was beyond repair and we aren't wanting to build...

It's near hurricane bridge so there is lots of photographic inspiration all around. And COE land!  :D
