A couple weeks ago, fishing with Crystal and Bree. Caught one of my best fish...just a tad over 50".
Wish Crystal would have got her.

Serious Muskie there.  Congratulations . Impressive girth in that one , as well as the length.  Did you weigh or length /girth measure it for weight?

No girth measured...but I wish I had.
We were scrambled just to get the hold and the photo.
It's a very uneasy feeling when you go for a gill plate hold on a head that massive.

Despite the warm time of season, we were fishing water at 70 degrees ---which is limited and hard to find. The fish revived well.
