March Madness

Two amazing days of fishing..two different rivers hours apart.  I had the chance to experience OPEN bite windows when every hour on the river had a willing fish that would bite.  Don’t know how much longer the prespawn bite will last, but I don’t take for granted how rare this is, and how blessed I was to experience it.

Is that pollen? Well done guys!
Alas, all the evil of the twentieth century is possible everywhere on earth. Yet, I have not given up all hope that human beings and nations may be able, in spite of all, to learn from the experience of other people without having to go through it personally. The Gulag Archipelago 1918–1956

Hey Mike..I could have sworn it was Pine pollen...saw it clouding up everywhere.  Turn out it was a massive swarm of midges.  Amazing how much life pours out of this river system.
