Red tide is killing the fish

We have red tide almost every year, but not this early and this bad.  I had a friend go out yesterday and couldn’t get out of the bay because of the smell from dolphin, grouper, snook, reds, tarpon etc. all floating belly side up. It’s a shame Piney Point was neglected for so long. 

So if your thinking about floating the candy or fishing down here. 
Meat per pound may do better here, but it will be with a dip net.

When you look at a sat view of FL and all the people crammed into the habitable areas along the coastlines, it's a wonder anything lives there. I'll be there in sept so maybe it'll be better. No biggie if not. I kinda like the fresh water stuff more anyway.
