This was caught today (11/23/07) at Miller's Island on the Clinch.  It was on a size 20 black zebra midge.

That's a really nice Clinch River brown.

That area around Millers used to hold a lot of nice sized bows and browns and I'm thrilled to see another nice one come from there.

Maybe the new slot limit will help bring more of these type fish back into the area.
