I'd add that if your in the area, by all means go check out the Springs in FL. It's worth the trip down just to do that. IMO they are one of the coolest places in the US. Go early in the day and avoid them on the weekends.  I'd love to go check out the Everglades next. Just figuring out how to not get lost...

Excellent flicks! Not sure which springs you went to, but there are several close to where I grew up. They are stunning bodies of water indeed.
