How has the warming of the Cumberland affected trout fishing on the lower end of the Obey ?

I haven't fished it this summer so I really don't know. My guess is the Striper moving up that end of the river seeking refuge from warmer water in Cland has had a negative effect on the Trout fishing. ;)
