Anyone? There's fishing to be had, even in the rain and with high water...
-
I'm looking at Sunday and Monday if tomorrow's rain doesn't blow it all out.
-
what is this "fishing" ya'll speak of? is it more fun than yard work ::)

Fought the wind and strong current most of the afternoon, stuck a 3/0 into my finger, got a bit of sunburn. Decided it was time to leave and made one more cast.

Only takes one to make it better than yard work.

Nice FEESH Dave!!

hmm, a 3/0 in the finger dosen't sound as fun as yard work ;D
good looking fish though, they still spawing?
-
I don't think they've gone yet -- she was plump and didn't have a mark on her. They're probably running a bit later than normal.
-
Nice fattie Dave!
Mid 40's? Glad you got a last cast fish...they definitely make you work for them.
Hope you get out before the next front pushes more rain.
-
Yeah, somewhere around there. Didn't measure her, she was pretty po-ed and not behaving nicely. Have GOT to order a pair of those Lindy gloves!
Will get out somewhere this afternoon, though probably not for muskies.
-
Damn that is a fatty! Nice work, Dave.

No love yesterday, but some decent bycatch...
