Clinch River report
« on: November 02, 2008, 10:55:19 PM »
Did a float trip on the Clinch 10/31. Started about 9:30 am about 3 miles below Norris Dam. The bite was slow for the first hour but picked up steadily the rest of the day--ending with nice dry fly action at 5:30. Fish were in the 6" to 12" category but consisted of bows, browns and a few brookies. Only saw 1 other boat on the water all day. It was a great day to be on the river.

Thanks for the report. We don't get alot of Clinch reports.
Alas, all the evil of the twentieth century is possible everywhere on earth. Yet, I have not given up all hope that human beings and nations may be able, in spite of all, to learn from the experience of other people without having to go through it personally. The Gulag Archipelago 1918–1956
