My chimney is in need of some repair due to some Masonite starting to degrade. The roof is too steep for me so I'm going to have to hire it out. Anyone have a handyman that knows how to get on a steep roof?? One who likes to fish would be a bonus.  ;D

Mike - I will PM you contact information for the guy I know.  I'm not sure how many jobs he's doing these days (getting closer to retirement), but he does excellent work and is very reasonable.

Just replaced all of our masonite with hardy. Shed needs to be painted to match and a few trim pieces (on round decretive windows).  Been a long 6 months of work for my repair guy.  I am not looking forward to the bill.

That's the plan here too. Not sure why they paid for all the nice brick work and skimped on the hardy.
