Title: Plateau Spring Creeks

Got out today on one of the local creeks not knowing what to expect with all the recent rains. The water was in excellent condition clear and low. Caught a few fish using classic wet fly down and across swing. One of the rainbow appeared to be native: fantastic color and covered with small black specks that are absent on the typical stocked fish. Also, had all fins intact....
Off to Caney Headwaters for a week of camping on Monday. Happy Memorial Day.
