Title: Almost ready
Post by: Troy Basso on February 24, 2010, 11:35:31 AM
So far I have replaced the hatch covers, did massive preventive maintenace on the entire electical system, re wired the trailer, serviced the bearings, moved the console, replaced all the batteries, installed gimble mounts for the sonar and GPS, had all the seats recovered. Like I said we are almost ready too hit the rivers and lakes! Oh and just in case all my preventinve maintenance fails me I installed a marine radio!

I'm gong to take a wild guess, Jarrod sold a boat, you purchased one ;) Good deal, when you want to run her down the Elk ;D

After you've owned a boat, sure is hard to be without one, feel naked.

Yep Jarrod sold one and I bought one.... funny how that worked out. I would not have bought a used boat from many people and JArrod is a straight up guy so now this boat has run through three people on this board!

I brought her in from good ole Savannah GA. She's a southern girl. Glad to see someone fixing it up once again. Enjoy it, I did.

You just have to scrub off the ole' striper slime, and she'll be ready for the water.

The Carp slime is the worst. Troy that non slip is so you can stand on the console and see Carp for a looooong ways off. It works great and that boat will get pretty skinny.

Thanks I wondered about that..... there is a front casting platform in the works as we speak.
