Title: Playing with CS3
Post by: MikeA on August 28, 2010, 05:11:10 PM
This is an Owl that I ran into one day on Preist back when I was shooting with a point and shoot 4 MP Olympus.
I decided to see what CS3 could do with it. It's not perfect but it looks alot better. Proof that the best camera is the one you have with you when the shot presents itself....
I guess I didn't see it at the time but that Owl looks like he or she was about to rip my scalp off. :o

Still playing... JFWIW I'm pretty sure if you have kids in school, (any school k-12 and up) you can get the student discount on Adobe products and its a considerable discount. Use the student program.

The one tree in this image really did appear to be on fire.

I think i'm going to get LR3 from a girl that attends MTSU, being i shoot outdoor mainly, do you think that is a good program?

Grumpy it's the best photo program I've used yet. It'll do almost everything you'll ever need. I have CS4 also but I only use it for major edits. The student price is under $100.

Those are pretty cool Mike.

The falls look really familiar are they down close to the Stone Door?

Very nice Mike.

Headed to Savage Gulf at the end of the month for a backpack event. Should be good.
