Anyone going to brave the cold day after Christmas? I need a Trout fix!!!!

I fished the Elk yesterday.  It was fairley slow but I enjoyed my time on the water.

Looks like tomorrow is the day!!!!! ;D Gonna float from Farris Creek to Old Dam Ford. Will post a report when i get back.

Got my fix today!!  Great day on the Elk!!! put in at Farris, caught a few  before Smith Island, Fished runs along Smith for a while, caught fish after fish on streamers. mostly in the 12" range, but a few 15" or larger,  Caught one Bow 20"+!! ;D
Fishing slowed after lunch but still landed a few,  took out at Old Dm Ford, all in all a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!
Will post pics as soon as i figure out how!!

The easiest way is to create a PhotoBucket account and post the IMG link as text.  The forum will pull the photo from your account.

I signed up for photobucket but still not really sure what to do with it. i am not so good with the comp.(and kids are out of town!!) how do you change IMG to text?

Well, Wed was so good , i had to go back today!!! better day landed thirty fish, most were pretty nice size, But the most impressive thing was the color of the fish! I thought i was out west, some of the most brightly colored Bows i have seen in a long time!!! I took a buddy and his two daughters, the fish were kind to all!! everyone caught(and released), and had a ball!!
Can't wait to go back!!!
