Title: THIS SUX
Post by: MikeA on April 05, 2011, 12:29:19 PM
Turning down trips because of weather is getting old. Today there was a nice flow of water in the parking lot of Nices Mill. This weekend isn't looking good...

That does indeed suck, sorry.  Looks like everything from Nashville to the East is up in the 90th percentile of stream flow today:

Arggggggh!  Bad storms again all day/night yesterday have put 7 to 8 feet of water in most local rivers this morning.  I hate to complain about rain, but every time the rivers drop into the sweet spot lately, they have been getting whak'd the very next day!  Rain in the forecast for Wed. here, but if we dodge major downpours they might clear out by next weekend.

Just about the time the water levels get good it just seems to rain heavy again. :'(   Rain, Rain, go away, come again a few months away. ;D  Glad I got that off my chest. :)
