Lwmakers are introducing a bill to have repeat alcohol offenders license stamped NO Alcohol :o

Question

Why do repeat offenders have a license?

Answer

They don't

Some states allow retention of the license for use as a photo ID, with the license clearly marked as being for ID purposes only. Even without the markings, the license would still show as suspended when run by law enforcement.
The real issue is that drunk drivers are going to drive with or without a driver's license. Oddly enough, the penalties for this don't even approach the penalties for possession of a few grams of weed ..........
 The hypocrisy should be evident, and is reflected in our rate of incarceration. Which person is more dangerous to society ? Whom is more deserving of jail time ?
