Suggestions

Alright guys, I don't brew but I would like to have some suggestions names/places to go get a sampling or buy a specific type sometime in the next week. Next Wednesday is my big 30 birthday and I want to try some beer that is not so standard (like Bud, BudLight, Corona etc.) My preference is open to all light or dark. In the last 6 months with my diet/toning up program I have lost 30 lbs. So it is time to celebrate feeling good, the new addtion coming in May to my already wonderful family, having loved ones around for the holidays, wishing some were still here..... oh yeah and the big 30.

In the Boro, Mellow Mushroom has a ton of Beers on Tap. They have a sampler too.

Flying Saucer downtown.  Drink 200 and they will put ur name on the wall....

Flying Saucer is great for beer, food is decent. Mellow Mushroom is great too, there is one on 21st near Vandy, then you can roll down the street to Boscos.

flying saucer -- great booze and great scenery.  the local talent there is always nice. :o
